Fond du Lac Area United Way is conducting a multi-part research
project to gather people’s ideas and opinions regarding the needs and issues our
community should address.
The facts and statistics you will be asked to comment on in this survey are a result of
the LIFE (Local Indicators for Excellence) Report of Fond du Lac County completed in
2007 through a collaboration between Fond du Lac Area United Way, UW Extension
and the Fond du Lac Public Library. If you would like to see a copy of this report,
you can go to the LIFE Report of Fond du Lac County
on the public library website.
We would greatly value your input. Please complete the following survey before
Friday, March 28, 2008. The survey is brief and will only take 5-8 minutes to
complete.
Information collected will be used to create Fond du Lac Area United Way's strategic
focuses for the coming years.
